Due to the characteristics of our products, all sales are considered **final** once items have been shipped. Digital products, including but not limited to PTCGO/PTCGL Codes, are **non-refundable** and **non-exchangeable** since they are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation.

If you exceed the specified quantity limit for any product, your order may be subject to **automatic refunds**. You will receive an **email notification** informing you that your order has been refunded. It is your responsibility to comply with the limits established for certain products; exceeding these limits will result in the **refund of your entire order**.

We retain the right to modify the quantities of products ordered. Such adjustments will be made on a **case-by-case basis**, and you will be notified of any changes. This includes situations related to **”Buyouts”** and other high-demand product sales.

Additionally, we reserve the right to issue refunds with a **10% deduction** from the total order amount to cover processing fees.

Please be aware that orders placed during major sales events, including but not limited to **Black Friday**, **Cyber Monday**, and **Boxing Day**, as well as singles purchased within the **first 5 days** of a new set launch, are classified as **FINAL SALE**.
