Due to the characteristics of our products, all sales are considered final once items have been shipped. Digital products, including but not limited to PTCGO/PTCGL Codes, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable since they are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation.

If you exceed the specified quantity limit for any product, your order may be subject to automatic refunds. You will receive an email notification informing you that your order has been refunded. It is your responsibility to comply with the limits established for certain products; exceeding these limits will result in the refund of your entire order.

We retain the right to modify the quantities of products ordered. Such adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified of any changes. This includes situations related to “Buyouts” and other high-demand product sales.

Additionally, we reserve the right to issue refunds with a 10% deduction from the total order amount to cover processing fees.

Please be aware that orders placed during major sales events, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day, as well as singles purchased within the first 5 days of a new set launch, are classified as FINAL SALE.
