That’s correct! We deliver **nationwide**! Regardless of your location in South Africa, you can confidently place orders directly on the Wizards Collection website.

What Happens After You Place an Order?

Once you’ve placed your order, please await an email containing your shipping information. This will be sent only when your order has been dispatched.

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible during our regular business hours, which are Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Orders are dispatched from Tuesday to Friday and typically take 2 to 3 working days to be processed.

Average Delivery Times After Dispatch:

– JHB: 1 to 2 working days
– Cape Town: 3 to 4 working days
– KZN: 3 to 4 working days
– Eastern Cape: 3 to 4 working days

Wizards Collection provides FREE delivery on orders exceeding R1500.

– Orders over R1500 qualify for 1 free delivery.
– Free Delivery: This includes 1 shipping interval. Your order will be shipped once all in-stock and pre-order items in your cart are available.
– Standard Shipping: This also includes 1 shipping interval, with the same conditions as free delivery.

Once your order is dispatched by Wizards Collection, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive it. Wizards Collection cannot be held liable for issues arising from unsuccessful delivery attempts or if the customer is unavailable. If a customer is unable to receive their order, it is their responsibility to contact the courier service to arrange for an alternative delivery time.

Important Notes:

– Pre-order arrival dates may change and are often subject to delays due to production or shipping issues that are beyond our control.
– Prices for pre-orders may be adjusted upon arrival and can be modified before dispatch. Full payment is required to secure a pre-order, and this payment is non-refundable.

Can I Receive Some of My Order Early?

If you wish to split your order and have part of it shipped earlier, an additional shipping charge of R100 will apply if the items being sent do not meet the R1500 free shipping threshold.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the progress of your order.

Quantity & Order Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify the quantities of products ordered. Such adjustments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and you will be informed of any changes.

Delivery Rates

Wizards Collection offers 1 free delivery on orders over R1500.

For orders valued at less than R1500, a delivery charge of R100 will apply.
